SELLING TIPS

Selling real estate can be challenging at times, there are some great tips that can help you be successful in selling your home. When selling your home curb appeal is very important! If your home looks distressed or neglected people will just drive right by. Remove all weeds and over grown bushes, cut the grass and add some color! Flowers always look great and add a punch of color to the exterior of your home. Landscaping is very important but also make sure you power-wash your home and paint! If you have any chipping paint you will be amazed, a fresh coat of paint makes a world of difference!

Inside remove all clutter! Make your home feel, smell clean and fresh! One good rule is to use 3 of the 5 senses, your home should look, feel, smell clean! Make sure to remove all personal things such as pictures of family. Many times possible buyers feel uncomfortable if there is a lot of personal objects displayed through out the home. Many buyers also feel like they are invading the home if there are family pictures etc. One great tip is to neutralize paint colors, make your home appealing to everyone. If you use a few of these tips you will have a sold sign in your yard in no time! Good luck, and happy selling!
